Treatment Medications

Information about common medications used to treat pain; these include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (e.g. Motrin, Aleve, Naprosyn, Celebrex), Cortisone, Glucosamine, and others.

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, commonly referred to as NSAIDs, are some of the most commonly prescribed medications, especially for pateints with orthopedic problems such as arthritis, bursitis, and tendinitis.
