Cracking Joints

Cracking joints are quite common, and often seen in young, healthy people. Many of these people wonder if their creaking knees or popping ankles are a problem. Usually not, but joint cracking may indicate an underlying problem. The best way to distinguish joint cracking and popping that may be a problem is if you have pain associated with the noise.
