Are Elbow and generally joint problems becoming more prevalent due to computer usage. Being hunched up all day and having our arms stickng out onto a keyboard can’t be good for us? Should we do more than simply take a break?
thanks

I think we should take more of a break. My lower arms hurt a lot after typing. Ouch.

Though i find putting them under a hot water bottle really helps at the end of a hard day. :)

Keep up the good work

I have a rather unusual right elbow the radial head was taken off by surgeons, with no pin or plate to support, the bone moves around in my arm, very painful at times, and sometimes I lose sensation and unable to move it, any suggestions
