Are Elbow and generally joint problems becoming more prevalent due to computer usage. Being hunched up all day and having our arms stickng out onto a keyboard can’t be good for us? Should we do more than simply take a break?

I think we should take more of a break. My lower arms hurt a lot after typing. Ouch.

Though i find putting them under a hot water bottle really helps at the end of a hard day. :)

Keep up the good work
