Chronic Compartment Syndrome

Chronic compartment syndrome is a problem that causes leg pain in long distance runners, and other athletes who participate in these types of sustained activities. Chronic compartment syndrome, also called exercise induced compartment syndrome or exertional compartment syndrome, can choke the blood supply to the muscles of the leg. dear DR
i did a fasciotomy for my both legs last week, i was complaint of a painfull right on my middle legs which it upper the ancle as it both pains, so the DR here recommend to do a fasciotomy for both of them, it the chronic compartment syndrome is 1 causes of bone pain?
