Surgery for Impingement of the Shoulder

A common diagnosis for shoulder pain is called impingement syndrome, but often referred to as shoulder bursitis or rotator cuff tendonitis. These patients may not have a rotator cuff tear, but they do have inflammation and pain coming from the top of the shoulder joint.
