You need to correct your explanation on About.com what causes arthritis. You should also include dietary/nutrition factors during young growth and development. What about anorexia? What about just eating a diet low in nutrition. There are millions of children in the US who are going to grow up and develop problems in their 40s because of a lack of nutrition.
