hi l have sore ribs pain comes and goes
yup I’ve had sore sternum/ribs on and off since 2006, got heart and lungs tested but never found anything so I decided it was costochondritis, it acts up the most when I swim or laugh, or my back cracks. If it’s painful I take Advil, but usually it’s just annoying. get calcium and do stretches physio gives. hope that helps.
