How much calcium should I consume each day?

Do you know the recommended amount of calcium you should consume each day? Calcium is important for bone health, and taking enough calcium (as well as vitamin D) is important. The recommended dose of calcium is different depending on your age, sex, and other situations including pregnancy. Make sure you know how much calcium you should be consuming each day.
