I had ACL surgery in July 2007. I had some physical therapy, but not a lot. Now after, a year and a half it will cramp up, I’ll limp, and every once in a while or be tender. I have recently lost weight (about 50 lbs) and have increased my amount of time at the gym. What can I do to help?
