About tight shoes and bunions.

The problem is not so much high healed shoes because it is fairly natural to go up on ones toes but the real problem comes when the toes are bought in as in pointed toed shoes whether flat or high.

This position is absolutely unnatural throwing the ankles out and in turn knees, hips, and pelvis.

Tight POINTED toe shoes are the real culprit!
