This is not about smoking but I’m looking for a sure fire way to cure tendinitis without surgery. I had had it in my left elbow for some years and it has now developed in my right elbow. I like to play golf and I have reduced this activity to help heal it but it has not worked. I still do work around the house and wear a support strap on both arms. I have tried cold packs but that is not much relief. I have also tried taking OTC’c like Alieve and Naproxin with little help. I would like to get back to golfing but I’m looking for a drug, exercise, or treatment to help me get rid of this. It’s not the traditional golfers tendinitis as it is on the outside of the elbow which is symptomatic of tennis elbow. Any help is gratefully appreciated.
