Question: Do you know a good orthopedic surgeon in [your city here]?
Answer: I cannot make specific physician recommendations, but I do offer several resources and ideas to help you find a doctor in your area.

Your best bet is to use some of the other resources here to learn more about surgeons in your area. Try the Find A Doctor Tool to help in your search for an orthopedic surgeon.

However, the best place to start is usually your primary doctor. Ask your primary doctor or general practitioner who he or she has had good experiences with or has a good reputation. Don't be afraid to ask for a second or third opinion, and shop around until you find a doctor you feel comfortable working with.
