Cortisone Shots
Information about steroid shots (cortisone injections -- a common treatment for inflammation of tendons, bursa, and joints. Cortisone injections are safe and effective treatments for conditions that cause inflammation like bursitis, tendonitis, and arthritis.

NSAIDs
Information about nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory pain medications (NSAIDs); a medication group common prescribed for orthopedic problems. Often used to treat arthritis, these prescription and nonprescription drugs (e.g. Ibuprofen, Motrin, Aleve, Celebrex, Vioxx, Bextra, Naprosyn), help treat pain and inflammation.

NSAIDs
