Tibial Plateau Fracture

This is an x-ray of a tibial plateau fracture. The patient is a 55 year old woman who fell while gardening off a ledge. She was brought to the emergency room where she was found to have significant pain and swelling around her knee. This and the following x-ray images were obtained.
