How I Tore My ACL
Cooking Christmas dinner at my folks who live across the street.
What Happened?
I was going from my house to folks just across the street and I slipped on the snow. My foot shot straight out in front of me and my foot landed behind my knee. Then my knee drove straight into the ice! I had to take my foot out from behind my knee. I thought I had broken my ankle but surprisingly it was more my knee
Lessons Learned
- This was truly a freak accident. I've fallen dozens of times and have never gotten hurt like this, surgery is in February.
